Hi, I’m Will. I’m a painter and decorator, interior designer, and project manager, which makes me a bit of a mongrel – hopefully in a good way! With this combination of skills, I can help you create functional spaces that reflects your personal style. I’ve got the technical expertise to get the job done efficiently, the design eye to make it look unique, and the project management skills to keep everything on track. And because I can handle every aspect of your project, from design to completion, you’ll only need to deal with one person – me! Which means you can relax, knowing you’re in good hands, and I’m confident I’ll deliver exceptional results.
The problem
The renovation trade is plagued by a lack of cohesion between decorators, designers, and project managers. Decorators lack design skills, designers lack practical knowledge from the decorators, and project managers struggle to coordinate between both, leading to unrealistic expectations, miscommunication, and costly delays. I hate that!
Design Is Thinking Made Visual
Although I work on a variety of properties, new and old, my team’s particular knowledge is in period properties and the unique challenges they present. I find the history of these homes fascinating, and I enjoy discovering surprises such as old newspapers hidden in walls and traditional craftsmanship techniques. My goal is to restore these properties to their former glory, using traditional materials whenever possible and following all necessary regulations. Proper project management includes understanding my clients’ budget and timescale, and my experience and expertise ensure that the process is carefully planned to save clients time and money.
I know how costly and frustrating it can be to encounter unexpected problems, which is why I have assembled a team of carefully selected, high-end tradesmen with whom I have long-standing relationships.
My specialty is blending old and new elements, using a combination of materials and styles to create spectacular results. I’m committed to designs that are not only visually striking but also durable and long-lasting, ensuring that your property remains Instagram-worthy for years to come.
