Although we work on a variety of properties, new and old, our team’s particular knowledge is in period properties and the unique challenges they present. We find the history of these homes fascinating, and we enjoy discovering surprises such as old newspapers hidden in walls and traditional craftsmanship techniques. Our goal is to restore these properties to their former glory, using traditional materials whenever possible and following all necessary regulations.
